Yes, the remote microphone can be activated from the iPhone native app. Once activated the iPhone microphone will now transmit the surrounding conversation/sounds directly to the hearing aids.

Yes. All Bluetooth devices can be unpaired from the hearing aids. This must be done in the programming software by your hearing professional.
