Instructions for your patients on how it works:
- Install the Rexton app on your smartphone and pair your hearing aids to your phone and the app.
- Activate TeleCare in the app.
- Send a text message from the Rexton app to your hearing care professional and let them know your concern.
- Your hearing care professional will make the necessary adjustments to your hearing aids from their computer. Afterwards, they’ll send those adjustments right to your phone!
- Open the Rexton app.
- Go to the “Professional” section of the app. You’ll see a notification letting you know your new adjustments are ready.
- Place your hearing aids close to your phone and tap “Apply.”
