Using the Rexton App and phone or internet connection, your hearing care professional can adjust your hearing aids remotely via Telecare. You can get right back to living your best life without leaving your home!

Adjustments via Text Message

This is how it works.

  1. Install the Rexton app on your smart phone and pair your hearing aids to your phone and the app.
  2. Activate TeleCare in the app.
  3. Send a text message from the Rexton app to your hearing care professional and let them know your concern.
  4. Your hearing care professional will make the necessary adjustments to your hearing aids from their computer. Afterwards, they’ll send those adjustments right to your phone!
  5. Open the Rexton app.
  6. Go to the “Professional” section of the app. You’ll see a notification letting you know your new adjustments are ready.
  7. Place your hearing aids close to your phone and tap “Apply”.

Adjustments via Phone or Video Call

If your hearing aids have Bluetooth streaming, you can get real time adjustments to your hearing aids through a phone or video call.

Here’s the process:

  1. Install the Rexton app on your smart phone and pair your hearing aids to the phone and the app.
  2. Activate TeleCare in the app.
  3. Make an appointment with your hearing care professional to make the adjustments.
  4. At the appointment time, open the Rexton app on your smart phone.
  5. When your dispenser calls, make sure to accept the call.
  6. You’ll get a notification from your dispenser asking for permission to make changes to your hearing aids.
  7. Tap “OK”. Your dispenser will now make real time changes to your hearing aids!
